New Castle County deed

This indenture made the fifteenth day
of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and three between Samuel G. Cleaver
of the City of Wilmington, New Castle County, State
of Delaware and ?? his wife of the first part
and John Percy Jefferson of Warren County, State of
Pennsylvania of the other part.  Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of two thousand dollars current
lawful money of the United States of America
unto them well and truly paid by the said party of
the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the Receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold,
aliend?,  ??enscoffed?,

Being the sme premises devised to the said Samuel
G. Cleaver by Will of Samuel Guthrie dated Dec
6, 1898, recorded in Book W, Vol2 p 66, having been
devised to the said Samuel Guthrie b y will of
his mother Maria Guthrie dated August 23
AD 1858 recorded in Book X vol 1 p 142, to whom
it was conveyed by deed of Alfred G Nowland and
wife dated Nov 18, 1854 recorded in Book S,
vol 6 p 88 tec.  Together with all and sigular, the
buildigs and other improvements, ways, woods, waters,
water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments,
and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining, and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof and
all the estate right, title, interest, property claim
and demand whatsoever of them the said parties of the ......
