This Indenture Made this
Seventeenth day of October one Thousand
nine hundred and Twenty one Between
John Percival Jefferson of the Burrough
and County of Warren, State of Pennsylvania
and Mary Jefferson his wife
Parties of the first part,
and Ann Jefferson Dungan of the city and county of
New Castle the party 
of the second part, witnesseth that 
the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one Dollar
as well as the love and affection which
they have for the party of the second part,
do by these presents give and grant
unto the party of the second part and to her
heirs and assigns forever, All that
certain lot piece and parcel of land
situate in the City and County of New 
Castle State of Delaware and ??
and described as ?? to wit:
On the northwest side of Front Street
bounded on the Northeast by lot late
of William Couper, now of his heirs
on the Northwest by lot of the Presbyterian Church,
on the Southwest by lot of John U Vallette and more
particularly described as follows:  Beginning at a point
in line of land of the heirs of William 
Couper thence Northwesterly forty four
(44) feet to a point thence Northeasterly six (6)
feet two(2) inches to a point, thence 
Northwesterly one hundred and eleven(111) 
feet more or less, to line of lot of the Pres
byterian Church; thence Southwesterly along this line
twenty eight (28) feet 10 (10)
inches to line of lot of John U Vallette,
thence with this line Southwesterly to
Front Street on the Northwestern side there
of, thence with said Street North 
easterly twentyfour (24) feet nine(9) inches
to the place of Beginning. Be the contents 
an acre or less.  In which is erected a brick
house, being the same premises conveyed 
to the said John Percival (called Percy in
deed) Jefferson by Samuel G. Cleaver
and wife by deed dated May 15, 1903 and
Recorded in the Recorder's Office of said 
County of New Castle in Deed Records N Vol 19
at pages 33, Together with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or appertaining and the reversions
and recursions, remain?? and remainder
rents issues and projected thereof.
To Have and To Hold the said premises 
together with the appurtenances 
unto the party of the second part her heirs
and Assignees forever.  In Witness whereof
the parties of the first part have here
unto set their hands this day and year
