Notice is hereby given, That by virtue of a certain writ to me directed, on Monday, the tenth day of June next, at the house of Slator Clay, in the town of New Castle, on Delaware, will be exposed to sale, A certain French schooner, or vessel, called the Catherine, almost new, burthen about 50 tons, built of cedar and mahogony, with all her sails, tackle, furniture and apparel, lately condemned in the court of common pleas at New Castle, by WILLIAM GOLDEN, sheriff.
